Terms and Conditions
These Terms set out the contract between Ignition Casino ("we", "us", "the operator") and you ("the player"). They cover registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, fair play, account closure and how disputes are handled. By opening an account you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their current form.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in the country where you live. You confirm that gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction; we take no responsibility for your local legal position. We may refuse to register or close an account if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Your Account
One account per person, household and IP address. Use your real legal name and current details — KYC at first withdrawal will reject mismatched documents and any winnings on a misrepresented account may be voided. You are responsible for protecting your password and using two-factor authentication if it is offered.
3. Deposits
Deposits are accepted in US dollars and in supported cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit is $10; the maximum is whatever your account limits and your payment provider allow. Card payments may be declined by your bank — that decision is theirs, not ours. Funds become available the moment they clear; we do not lend on credit.
4. Withdrawals and KYC
The minimum withdrawal is $20. Before your first withdrawal we run Know Your Customer (KYC) checks — government ID, proof of address, and a payment-method check. KYC normally takes one business day. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used for deposit where possible. Crypto payouts typically arrive within two hours of approval; card payouts run one to five business days. Weekly card payout caps apply and are shown on the cashier.
5. Bonus Terms
Each promotion has its own terms shown next to the offer. The default welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement on (deposit + bonus) and a maximum cashout of ten times the bonus amount. Slots count 100% toward wagering; table games and live dealer count 20% unless stated otherwise. Bonus abuse — chip-dumping, low-risk hedging, or running matching software — voids the bonus and the related winnings.
6. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud
The games use a certified random number generator; player results are independent and not adjusted for win-rate. We monitor for collusion at the poker tables, bot use, multi-accounting and arbitrage. If we have a reasonable belief that any of those rules has been broken we reserve the right to freeze the affected funds while we investigate, and to refund deposits net of withdrawals where the breach is confirmed.
7. Dormant Accounts
An account is dormant after twelve months without a login. We email a reminder thirty days before; if the account is still untouched after twelve months and the balance is over $1, we deduct a small administrative fee monthly until you log in or the balance is depleted, in line with our licence rules. Logging in resets the clock.
8. Liability
We provide the service "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by your equipment, your connection or your software, by force majeure, or by errors caused by you (wrong wallet address, wrong deposit reference). Where a game malfunctions, only the wager that was placed during the malfunction is voided and refunded.
9. Suspension and Closure
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may close an account for breach of these Terms, for fraud, for failed KYC, or where we are required to do so by our regulator. On lawful closure your balance, less any voided winnings, is returned to your original source of deposit.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least seven days before they take effect, and the revision date is shown at the top of the live page. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
11. Disputes
Any dispute should be raised first through our complaints procedure. Disputes not resolved internally may be escalated to the Curacao licensing authority or to an independent ADR provider such as eCOGRA. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao.
